Good looker but terrible performance
Color: 2-Speed Rechargeable Set with Charging Base
I purchased the product and the base would not attach from the charging module. This is their big selling point. I requested a replacement and sadly the replacement was of the same batch run as the original sooβ¦. Yeah that base would not detach. There are videos showing how easy it is to detach base from charging module. Not theses units. Circle Joy customer service is an @gmail.com. They said base is not designed to be removed frequently. I reminded them the separation feature is their highlighted feature. I was just looking for a base. Circle Joy said noβ¦. If I do not like either unit just return them to Amazon.???? In the meantime, after maybe a dozen grinds, the original unit quit grinding normally and would barely grind at all. I shook it out and it worked again but doesnβt sound right. Two takeaways: 1) Poor product quality. 2) I am sooo done with trying to work with Amazon on replacement items. Save yourself a tone of aggravation and just return the order and reorder if you dare. Otherwise good looking and heavy feel and works great about 10 times. Too bad so sad. Now I have this huge return hassle with Amazon.

Great shakers with convenient dock

These are very nice. Work very well. My only complaint is right where I pick them up is the button to turn them in so Iβm always accidentally salting the counters lol. Easy to refill. We like the lights. I love that they have a charging dock so they are always fully charged. Very happy with them.

Different settings from fine to course. It has a light around the bottom where you can see how much youβre using. It stays charged for a while. The quality is great. Well made.

So far love this set. It was a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it. The look is perfect, and so far functions as expected. Also the charge has lasted for months so far.
