Delivery Information
Our furniture sets and larger items, such as compost, are delivered on wooden pallets by a heavy goods vehicle. Ensure there is sufficient space for delivery, and someone is available to sign for it.
Deliveries are kerbside only, meaning the driver will place the pallet near the road but cannot move it across uneven surfaces (e.g., grass, gravel, steps), unload items, or remove the pallet.
If access to your property may be challenging, please contact us before dispatch to discuss alternative arrangements. Failure to do so may result in a failed delivery and a re-delivery charge.
Please note: Additional delivery surcharges may apply to certain areas, including Central London, the Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland.
