Our Rheum rhabarbarum Fulton's Strawberry Surprise is a clump-forming perennial plant. It will produce sweet and tasty Rhubarb from bright red stems in mid-Spring, continuing through to Autumn. Wrinkled, mid-green foliage will begin to form in Summer, being joined by cream flowers that will begin blooming in Summer into Autumn. You can easily include Rhubarb in a variety of meals, including sauces, jams, pies and more.

They will grow to an ultimate height of 0.6m and ultimate spread of 1.2m. In terms of plant care, it should be placed in bright, indirect sunlight and planted in moist, well-drained soil. Watering becomes essential when the soil is dry to touch.

A pain to put on the wall
4 stars only because to actually screw it into the wall you need either an angled screw driver, which we had to go buy, or a really really short screwdriver as the one that came with it is just a tad to long. Also the mollies that come with it our cheap and would not hold up on regular dry wall, which we found out, thank goodness, before we finished hanging it. As we were hanging it the top pulled right out of the wall. We had heavy duty ones at home already and used those. The shelf was a breeze to actually put together and once we got past the trouble of hanging it, is wonderful and looks great. So, 1. buy a better screwdriver, and 2. get heavy duty mollies.
