Online Returns

•   In store pickups must be picked up within 3 business days from when the order is ready, if it is not picked up by then the order will be refunded and the merchandise will be subject to our restocking fee 

•    We don't offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order

•    Returns must be postmarked in the mail/drop off box within 7 calendar days from when the order is marked by UPS/USPS as delivered or ready for pickup from our store

•    Items that are shipped out can only be returned by mail or at one of our 4 return drop off bins, in store returns will not be accepted

•    There is a $1.50 restocking fee for each item returned

•    Returns must include the receipt in the package

•    Returns can either be shipped to our warehouse: Tottini.com 485 OBERLIN AVENUE S, STE 102, Lakewood, NJ 08701.-(the customer is responsible for getting their own shipping label) Or the return can be dropped off at one of our 4 return bins, no shipping label is needed just put it in a bag with your receipt in the package (return bins are located in each of our stores and at our warehouse)

•    Returned items must be unused and undamaged with its tags attached

•    All sale items and sale promotions including buy x get x free are FINAL SALE, no refunds or exchanges. 

•    All hair accessories are FINAL sale, no refunds or exchanges. 

•    Any items sent back that are not eligible for return and are not paid to be shipped back or picked up from our warehouse within 7 days will no longer be available 

•    We are not responsible for pilling or shrinking of garments

•    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
