This pale purple linen 2 piece vintage Valentino late 1970's dress comes from the estate of a Valentino and Yves Saint Laurent client who bought her clothing during the 1960's, 1970's and early 1980's. Her entire wardrobe was in pristine condition and much of it was never even worn. As with many pieces on our website, it is just so much prettier in person!

The blouse has pretty bishop sleeves, an optional tie that could be removed, and a gathered elastic waist that closes with two hooks and eyes. The rest of the blouse is buttoned with 4 matching lilac buttons.

The skirt has a beautiful double layer hemline and a back zipper for closure.  Made in France, this is an outfit that was designed one of world's most cherished designers of the 20th Century. Once you've worn a Valentino dress or blouse, you will understand why women love his designs so much.

CONDITION:  Overall excellent, we found 2 minuscule dots on one shoulder - very minor.
