Has a straight back, heads-up, see over cars riding position but is going to be faster, more nimble, more twitchy and less forgiving of potholes.
Where the burrito slayer mountain bike conversions are burly, take anything thrown at them, the baguette slayers are more delicate and refined. Lighter weight too.
